Kindergarten Enrollment
In order to enroll in kindergarten, your child should be five years of age by September 1. At time of enrollment, we are requesting the following:
- A completed registration form
- Proof of residency
- Proof of age and identity – a copy of one of the following:
- Certified birth certificate
- Baptism record
- A social security card or social security application with registering child’s name
- A notarized affidavit explaining the lack of birth certificate
